To Dave and family and the Whittens’ and Johnstons’. My deepest sympathy on your loss. As everyone else says Joyce was a wonderful lady and I clearly recall her looking after me many.a day when I was younger – plus haircuts and home perms, lunches of grilled cheese and tomato soup and learning Chubby Checker and to do the twist. Her daughter Ruth was my best friend all through public school. Great memories.

I was sorry to read about Joyce passing. I worked with her at Sheaffer Pen and for years we got together every Tuesday morning for coffee and went to Little Theater also. She will be missed.

Such a beautiful lady. Joyce was a friend and neighbor of both the Fritzley and Gardner family. She worked in our little grocery and was a mother to my youngest sister Janet. I will never forget the Tony Home perms she gave me at her kitchen table. She was so talented in many ways. We will always remember her with kindness.
Rest In Peace dear friend.
