Peacefully at Stratford General Hospital, Pam passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at the age of 67. Loving companion and best friend to David Borland for over 28 years. Pam will be missed by her father Richard Carter, son Benjamin Lacelle, aunt Dee, cousins Vicky and Wayne, and many close friends. Her love and devotion to animals will always be remembered.
