Peacefully, at Huronlea Home For The Aged, Brussels, Malcolm Thomas Campbell passed away on August 24, 2021. Tom was a source of love and kindness in his circle of family and friends. His irresistible smile, gentle manner and generous demeanor will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him. A jaunt on his motorcycle, a rousing round of golf or a cold beer shared with a friend were favourite ways for Tom to spend a day.
Tom was a long time member of Branch 126 of the Royal Canadian Legion, Cambridge. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife Veronica (née Carrigan), their son Greg and his wife Rachel and cherished grandchildren Chloe and Clay, all from Cambridge. A special father to Carolyn and Bob McLeod, and special Grandfather to Ryan McLeod and Krystle, and Erika Burton and Ryan and their children (Ava, Harper, and Dallas). Tom will be missed by his siblings and siblings-in-law Sandy and Gail Campbell, Roy and Alma Campbell, Ronnie and Hannah Campbell, Nancy and Jim Borden, Peter and Faye Campbell, Leslie and Sylvia Campbell, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Tom is predeceased by his parents Clayton and Marguerite (née McNeil) Campbell and siblings and siblings-in-law Danny and Elaine Campbell, and Barbara Campbell.
A special thanks to the staff at the Huronlea Home For The aged for the exceptional care and compassion they provided to Tom over the years.
At the family’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of Tom’s life will be held at a later date, in Cambridge.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations would be appreciated to Alzheimer Society of Huron County or the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

Tom will always have special memories for me in my heart. And there are many. One of my fondest memories is when he got up and spoke at my wedding with a funny great story and offered his congratulations. He was so very special to our whole family (the Colemans) and will truly be missed. Heaven has gained another angel and he will never be forgotten.
