With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Doug Colley on Sunday, July 30, 2023, surrounded by family at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Mudite Colley (Spricis), loving father of Jason Colley (Lisa) and daughter Lija Ironside. Adored Grandpa of Erik, William, Sarah, Sophie, Ava Colley (2013), Liam, Aidan and Maija Ironside. Also missed by brother Richard Colley (Liz) and many friends and extended family.
Doug loved tennis, travelling, fishing and spending time at his cottage with family and friends. He always had a story to tell and a generous helping hand.
A celebration of life will be held at Stoneycreek Baptist Church, 2225 Highbury Avenue North, London, Ontario on Saturday, August 12th from 12-3pm. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation & Celebrations, Arva (519-963-4003).
Those who wish to make a donation in memory of Doug, may consider the Ronald McDonald House or the Canadian Cancer Society.
